Decades back, the KDH Club had been the only venue for entertainment for the staff members of the company. With many opportunities available elsewhere, the KDH Club has stood the test of time and continues to invoke good participation in programmes from the members.

As Munnar has now gained a prominent spot in the global tourism map, the accommodation facilities of the club have been extended to tourists as well and is quiet popular among the visitors to Munnar. Kannan devan officers club, a Victorian building, remembers Scottish cafe bar, good ambience, beautiful landscape moreover a good one.It has a billiards club inside, which is available only for officers. In Munnar, this club is open for marriage reception functions and small gatherings.

Usually, outsiders were not granted access to all of them but a limited number of amenities.
